John, there are many flavors of cake balls. Vanilla and chocolate are the most popular. Other kinds are strawberry, lemon, spice, carrot, devil's food, German chocolate just to name a few.
I can do some themes and simple decorations. It just depends on how much detail you are looking for. I usually stick to different colors of coating and sprinkles.
